For small businesses

A fast website, a presence on Google and in AI assistants, and the repetitive parts of your week handled by software that runs on its own. I am based in Los Gatos and work with the South Bay in person and with anyone remotely.

What I do

Three things, and plain advice on which of them you need

  1. A fast website

A static site with a page for each product or service you sell, a quote or contact form, and structured data on every page so search engines and AI assistants read it correctly. It loads fast on a phone, and there are no plugins to keep patched.

  2. Showing up on Google and in AI assistants

Search Console, Business Profile and Merchant Center, set up and kept current. Page changes proposed from real search data and judged afterwards by whether they worked. A monthly check of what AI assistants say when someone asks for a business like yours.

  3. Automating the repetitive parts of the week

Monitoring that opens a ticket when something breaks and closes it when it recovers. Scheduled reports. Lead finding with the screening done before a name reaches you. Drafts of replies and posts that wait for your approval, so nothing a customer sees goes out without you.

Worked example

La Bouchée

A made-to-order French bakery in Los Gatos

I built its website in December 2024 and have run the technical side since. A set of scheduled jobs on a Raspberry Pi keeps the site watched every 30 minutes, the Google catalogue current every day, and the search work on a monthly cycle, and the whole thing stays quiet unless a person needs to act.

How it starts

Tell me what takes up your time

Send me a few lines about your business and the chores that eat your week. I will tell you plainly what is worth automating and what is not. Some of it is a one-time fix, some of it is a job that should run on a schedule, and some of it is better left to a person.
